BEBIDAS/DRINKS

We have a passion for agave and our menu reflects that. We honor the work that master palenqueros (mezcal distillers) put into the spirit and seek out small palenques that follow traditional methods and produce handcrafted world-class spirits. While agave reigns supreme at Copal, we are also fans of other spirits and thus great bourbon, gin, rum, etc. round out our menu. We also round out the bar menu with an interesting selection of beer and wine.
